Organic Cashews, House Toasted Coconut, Lemon, Organic Coconut Nectar, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Jacobsen Sea Salt

 

Previously known as Lemon Coconut Cashew Butter (same recipe, new name!) 

 

When we released this nut butter as a seasonal Limited Batch, the response was so overwhelmingly positive, we knew we needed to add this nut butter to our regular line-up. This enchantingly bright nut butter is like spreadable lemon coconut cookies in a jar, hence the name change from “Lemon Coconut” to Lemon Cookie in March 2024. 

 

Organic cashews, real lemon, Organic coconut nectar, and flaky Jacobsen sea salt combine with the crispy texture of our delicious house-toasted coconut to make an out-of-this-world tropical delight. We love it mixed into yogurt bowls, atop toast with fresh fruit, or as a substitute for butter in homemade cookies. We can't wait for you to try it!
