To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your item(s) directly from our online shop and provide proof of purchase, e.g., an order number or receipt. Please also include the Best By date listed on the side of the jar. Photos are helpful.
30-Day refund window: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items. Please do not send your purchase back unless we request it for examination.
If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two days. It may take longer for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your individual credit card company.
