RETURN POLICY

Thanks so much for supporting our unique approach to small-batch, handcrafted foods. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products and the community of farmers and artisans that make them possible. We work very hard to make sure every order is perfect, but we ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything seems amiss, damaged, or just plain wrong. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make things right.
RETURN WINDOW
We offer a seven (7) day return policy for e-commerce orders, which means customers have seven (7) days after picking up or receiving their item(s) to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were purchased and/or received. The items must be unopened, undamaged, unused, unworn, and be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an order, or part of an order, please contact us at info@bigspoonroasters.com with a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as photographs of the items you wish to return and the reason(s) why.

If your return request is accepted, please ship your items back to our roastery and headquarters:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe shipping back to our team. If the items arrive damaged back to us, we will be unable to refund any of the damaged goods. We recommend you insure all return packages. Items sent back to us without a return confirmation will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take several days for your bank and/or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your shipment arrives damaged or a jar is broken, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage to info@bigspoonroasters.com and we will refund or replace it. We make great efforts to protect our jars, but glass can still break due to rough handling during transit.
