Pro tip—you can always swap Pistachio Crunch for any of your favorite nut butters for whatever season or mood you’re feeling!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 cups rolled oats
- 3oz Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- pinch of Jacobsen sea salt
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried fruit (optional—we used cranberries)
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional—we recommend almonds or pistachios here!)
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, and Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter and stir until combined. If needed, heat gently in the microwave in 10-second increments for easier stirring.
- Add rolled oats, ground flaxseed, sea salt, vanilla, and chopped fruit/nuts (if using) and stir until well-coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Give the granola a stir and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven, cool, and enjoy!
