Our Limited Batch Toffee Crunch Peanut & Cashew Butter combines everything we love about handcrafted nut butter and the magic of artisanal baking – thoughtful ingredients and bold, memorable flavors.
Made in collaboration with Brooklyn-based pastry chef Laurie Ellen Pellicano’s namesake bakery, Laurie Ellen, this seasonal nut butter features her irresistible, toffee-licious candied pecans, which boast extra crunch from toasted coconut chips and cacao nibs. Folded into a creamy base of fresh-roasted High-Oleic Runner peanuts and Organic Fair Labor cashews, with finishing touches of sorghum syrup, Organic coconut nectar, and Jacobsen sea salt, every spoonful is simultaneously buttery, crunchy, and beautifully balanced. And yes, even with all this talk of toffee and caramel, it’s entirely vegan!

ABOUT LAURIE ELLEN
Laurie Ellen Pellicano brings over 15 years of professional baking expertise to everything she creates. Her culinary career flourished at San Francisco's renowned Tartine Bakery, where she rose to Head Pastry Chef and contributed to the James Beard Award-nominated Tartine Book No. 3. In Brooklyn, she collaborates with culinary luminaries like Samin Nosrat, while also working as a recipe developer and food writer.

Our handcrafted nut butters and bars are freshly made in small batches and typically ship in 2-3 business days. We offer real–time shipping rates for services including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Retail Ground, FedEx – 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, but please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to change by carrier. We don’t add any handling fees to your orders, and we work hard to negotiate the best shipping rates available.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.
SMALL-BATCH CRAFT
Our skilled food artisans roast, toast, measure, and mix each batch by hand to exacting standards to get the pinnacle of taste and freshness from each ingredient. The small scale of our batch process allows us to craft each jar and bar with incredible precision and care you can taste. This level of focus also allows us to carefully inspect and taste each product to make sure it meets our standards before it is packaged and delivered. Our commitment to keeping production in-house ensures the highest quality standards while also creating sustainable jobs for our team.
