February 2023 Limited Time Releases

Just in time for the season of love (whether platonic, romantic, or self-), one of our most indulgent nut butters - Dark Chocolate Hazelnut & Almond Butter - is back! Try it on its own or as part of our Cupid's Picks Gift Set!

Inspired by a classic European chocolate hazelnut butter that shall not be named, our Dark Chocolate Hazelnut & Almond Butter is handcrafted with single-farm Oregon hazelnuts, heirloom Mission almonds, Videri Chocolate Factory dark chocolate, organic coconut nectar, and Jacobsen sea salt. We love this irresistibly decadent, vegan nut butter folded into crêpes, spread on toast, drizzled on bananas and yogurt, or right out of the jar.

Our February featured jam represents a delicious transition from winter into spring. Introducing: American Spoon Bartlett Pear Preserves!

Made in small-batch copper kettles just 70 jars at a time, this jam captures the lush, mellow sweetness of ripe, juicy pears plucked fresh from the tree. Golden Bartlett Pears are grown by Fredrickson Farms in Northport, Michigan, then hand-cut and preserved by the expert craftspeople at American Spoon with the utmost attention to detail. We recommend these preserves coupled with our Peanut Butter with Wildflower Honey and our Toasted Coconut Almond Butter. We also suggest spreading them on a flaky croissant, pairing with freshly grated parmesan cheese, or baking them into a fresh fruit cobbler.

We’re so proud to partner with American Spoon in our Featured Jams series. Since 1982, the folks at American Spoon have been preserving locally grown fruit in their Petoskey, MI, kitchen. You'll taste the results of the care and time they put into developing each batch – from their relationship-based ingredient sourcing with local Michigan farmers, to the copper kettles they’ve cooked in for decades, their products are outstanding!
