Our Cranberry Cashew Bar blends our fresh-roasted peanut butter with Organic cashews, tart Michigan cranberries, dates, crispy house-baked granola, non-GMO plant-based protein, and raw Organic wildflower honey. With fresh-roasted peanut butter as the main ingredient, these bars are not only delicious, but also packed with plant-based protein, powerful antioxidants, and heart-healthy fiber.
Grown in the high plains of Cordoba, Argentina, our High-Oleic Runner peanuts are 30% higher in heart-healthy fats than other peanuts and are great sources of protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, and the antioxidant resveratrol. These Cordoban peanuts are also grown in naturally rich soil without fertilizers, irrigation, or pesticides.
We've sampled cashews from all over, and these Certified Organic, fair-labor-certified cashews from a community of growers in Vietnam are the best we have ever tasted. In addition to their uniquely delicious flavor and texture, cashews are also great sources of heart-healthy fats, protein, and anti-inflammatory minerals. Specifically, the magnesium in cashews has been shown to help with nerve function, improve sleep quality, and dampen symptoms of anxiety.
Our Organic raw wildflower honey comes from the Sunderbans National Park in Bengal, India, which also serves as a sanctuary for the region’s tigers and other wildlife. Among its many nutritional benefits, raw honey contains inflammation-fighting polyphenols, phytonutrients that boost the immune system, and natural anti-bacterial enzymes.
ABOUT OUR BARS
In the early 2000s, our Co-Founder Megan was a triathlete looking for a nutritious energy bar that tasted great, was easy to digest, and was made with whole, real ingredients in line with her values. Nothing checked all of these boxes, so she made her own with natural peanut butter as the base. When she and Mark started Big Spoon Roasters, she of course started using Big Spoon nut butters in her bar recipes, and our first line of craft-made, small-batch bars was born.

The proof is in our fresh, handcrafted nut butter bars, which are still made in small batches with our own fresh-roasted nut butter and the best whole ingredients out there. We offer real–time shipping rates for services including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Retail Ground, FedEx – 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, but please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to change by carrier. We don’t add any handling fees to your orders, and we work hard to negotiate the best shipping rates available.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.

Our skilled food artisans roast, toast, measure, and mix each batch by hand to exacting standards to get the pinnacle of taste and freshness from each ingredient. The small scale of our batch process allows us to craft each jar and bar with incredible precision and care you can taste. This level of focus also allows us to carefully inspect and taste each product to make sure it meets our standards before it is packaged and delivered. Our commitment to keeping production in-house ensures the highest quality standards while also creating sustainable jobs for our team.
