With cashews, it was love at first taste, and we've been passionate about working with them ever since.
 

Our delicious Cashew Butter blends fresh-roasted, golden organic cashews with organic virgin coconut oil, organic coconut nectar, and Jacobsen Sea Salt to create an irresistibly rich, creamy nut butter with natural sweetness and just the right amount of salt. What does it tell you that certain members of the Big Spoon Roasters family were known to hoard jars of this nut butter during the recipe testing phase? We're not sure, but we think it means they REALLY like it.

In 2023, we began sourcing Certified Organic, Fair Trade Certified cashews from a community of growers in Benin. These cashews are fair labor (SMETA) certified, guaranteeing the ethical treatment of those involved in producing their cashews. We are thrilled to offer this 100% cashew butter to showcase these nuts' incredible characteristics.
