The Big Picture (Job Summary)

Provides behind-the-scenes support to production by maintaining an organized and sanitary dish room ensuring all dishes and utensils are cleaned properly.

How You’ll Contribute (Responsibilities)

· Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and production equipment

· Restock clean, dry dishes and wares to appropriate storage areas

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room

· Assist with other general cleaning tasks (floors, surfaces, recycling, trash, etc.)

· Support the production team with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed

· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

· Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment

· Support quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet Big Spoon’s high standards for quality, consistency, safety, and craftsmanship. · Perform other related duties as assigned
