Ooey, gooey, nut-buttery caramel—but make it *healthy-ish* 🍯
We’re never ones to deny ourselves a sweet treat, but sometimes it just feels good to make it a litttttle better for us. Our answer? Almond Butter Caramel that comes together in just a few minutes and is infinitely customizable, inspired by Maya of @fitgreenmind!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2Â cup pure maple syrup (or agave), cold

2 Tbsp Big Spoon Roasters nut butter (we used Vanilla Caramel Almond & Cashew Butter to capitalize on the caramel-ly notes!)Â
PREPARATION
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil and cold maple syrup.
- Whisk or mix vigorously until emulsified.
- Add in nut butter and mix until all is well-incorporated.
- Serve and enjoy—we love enjoying over a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
