That’s right – no “white chocolate flavor” or “natural flavors” here, just real cocoa butter blended with rice milk, vanilla, and organic cane sugar.
Inspired by our Co-Founder Megan’s nostalgic memory of a caramel apple dipped in white chocolate and rolled in cinnamon sugar, this nut butter hits you right in the pleasure center. We make this recipe by hand with fresh-roasted heirloom Mission almonds, vegan white chocolate, organic coconut nectar, Saigon cinnamon, and Jacobsen sea salt. Started in 2019, our Limited Batch series features seasonal nut butters that push the boundaries of what nut butters can be. Each is an innovation and some have been years in the making. Since we’re always working on the next few Limited Batch concepts, we’re in nut butter research and development year-round. We draw inspiration from all kinds of things, like favorite ingredient combinations, textures that may only exist in our imagination, and of course great food memories.
Our Limited Batches also allow us to test new concepts, both to see what is required on a production level and to receive valuable feedback from our customers. Thankfully, positive customer feedback has compelled us to add several previously Limited Batch recipes to our permanent lineup. In fact, our newly launched Vegan Trio features three such recipes – Lemon Coconut Cashew Butter, Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter, and Vanilla Caramel Almond & Cashew Butter!
