INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cup Chocolate Sea Salt Almond Butter
- 1 10oz bag marshmallows (we used Dandies vegan marshmallows!)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles and flaky salt for topping
- 4 cups brown rice cereal
PREPARATION
- Grease a quarter sheet pan with butter or coconut oil and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and marshmallows and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Stir well and repeat heating in 30-second increments, if needed, until combined well.
- Add Chocolate Sea Salt Almond Butter and vanilla and stir well until combined.
- Add in brown rice cereal and stir until well-coated
- Press the mixture into a pan with a silicone spatula and chill for 30 minutes or until set.
