Located in the beautiful countryside of Grafton, VT, Blake Hill is a third-generation English preservatory that makes a unique selection of sweet, savory, and spicy jams. Founders Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin purchased Blake Hill Farm in 2004 and soon thereafter began making jams with the wild berries and edible flowers foraged from the land. In 2009, after a friend brought a jar to the local market, he came back with their first order, and Blake Hill was officially born. Inspired by wild edible flowers in Blake Hill’s meadows, their botanical jams infuse florals with the fresh, bright flavors of seasonal fruit.
