Almond Butter with Wildflower Honey & Sea Salt
(Heirloom Mission Almonds, Raw Wildflower Honey, and Jacobsen Sea Salt)
The heirloom Mission variety almond, discovered in Texas in 1891, derives from a single chance seedling. Literally a late bloomer with smaller, denser buds and shorter, darker kernels than larger, more popular and “attractive” varieties such as Nonpareil, Mission almonds like a longer, slower roast time and offer a deeper, more concentrated flavor. We think Mission almonds are perfect for almond butter, and we hope you agree! Made only with freshly roasted and milled Mission almonds blended with raw North Carolina wildflower honey and sea salt, our Almond Butter is intentionally simple and straight-up delicious.
Chai Spice Peanut & Almond Butter with Sea Salt
(Organic Peanuts, Heirloom Mission Almonds, Raw Organic Cane Sugar, Raw Wildflower Honey, Cardamom, Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Black Pepper, and Jacobsen Sea Salt)
Our chai spice mixture is a traditional Masala Chai blend of cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper, which we slowly mix with fresh-roasted, freshly milled peanuts and almonds before adding raw, organic cane sugar, raw wildflower honey, and sea salt to create a bright, complex burst of flavor in every spoonful. True story: our founders Mark & Megan created this recipe for their wedding, and it's been our best seller ever since.

Our Maple Cinnamon Peanut & Pecan Butter combines fresh-roasted, coarsely milled organic peanuts and pecans with Brattleboro, VT-based Coombs Family Farms maple syrup, Vietnamese “Saigon” cinnamon, and hand-harvested sea salt to create an uncommonly delicious, aromatic nut butter reminiscent of pecan pie spiked with maple and cinnamon.
