Our March 2023 featured jam is Naked Strawberry by Blake Hill Preserves! Its luscious texture and taste of perfectly ripe strawberries will get you in the mood for the first month of spring and warmer weather to come. We love this jam’s perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and its distinct, refreshing berry aroma. Blake Hill Naked Strawberry is perfect when eaten as a dessert topping, paired with shortbread cookies, and even added to a savory sauce!  

For a twist on a classic PB&J pairing, try Blake Hill Naked Strawberry with BSR Maple Cinnamon Peanut & Pecan Butter – we think the cinnamon-strawberry combo is out-of-this-world! Or, if you’re an AB&J fan, try spooning it over a thick layer of BSR Chocolate Sea Salt Almond Butter for the chocolate-covered strawberry sandwich of your dreams.  

Located in the beautiful countryside of Grafton, VT, Blake Hill is a third-generation English preservatory that makes a unique selection of sweet, savory, and spicy jams. Founders Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin purchased Blake Hill Farm in 2004 and soon thereafter began making jams with the wild berries and edible flowers foraged from the land. Blake Hill’s Naked Jam line has no added sugar, artificial colorings, preservatives, or sweeteners, which makes it a delicious complement to our lightly sweetened nut butters.
